A short policy for a simple site.

Summary

• We do not require an account, newsletter or login.
• We do not set tracking or advertising cookies at the time of writing.
• The planners store your checklist in your browser’s localStorage; it is not uploaded.
• Our hosting provider may process standard server logs for security and performance.
• If advertising is enabled in future, this policy will be updated before ad scripts are served.

Who we are

Arctic Drive Wiki is an independent fan-run website at https://arcticdrive.wiki. It is not affiliated with Pebbles Games, PlayTogether Studio or Bonus Stage Publishing. The site is the data controller for the limited processing described here.

Privacy questions and data requests: contact@arcticdrive.wiki.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect profile data. There is no newsletter, no comment system and no user-generated profile.

The site serves static pages. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it only to answer the message and keep a record of corrections or privacy requests.

Local storage in the planners

The fuel planner calculates entirely in your browser. The loadout and base planners store your checklist, role assignments and notes in localStorage under keys beginning ad-. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser or using the reset buttons in the tools.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard technical data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamps to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and diagnose errors. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy applies to its processing.

Cookies and analytics

At the time of writing, the site does not set tracking cookies and does not include a third-party analytics script. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, this section will be updated before the script is enabled.

Advertising

The site may display advertising in the future to support hosting and content. If that happens, ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies subject to their policies and any consent required by law. This policy will be updated before any ad script is served, and ads will not influence editorial content.

External links

Pages link to Steam, the publisher’s site, the press kit and other external sources. When you follow a link, the destination site’s privacy policy applies. We do not control those sites.

Children

The site is an informational fan resource, not a service directed at children. It does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to processing. Because the site does not have accounts, the most likely personal data is an email you sent us. Contact contact@arcticdrive.wiki and we will handle a reasonable request.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the site’s data practices change. The effective date at the top records the current version. We do not change dates to pretend the policy is newer than it is.
